Sometimes drinking alone helps. I went up to Gandalf's, had a brew, and didn't think about anything for a solid hour. It really helped my mood. I was suprised. Normally, drinking alone has a very adverse effect upon me and my mood. Well anyway, in my slightly improved mood, I think I am going to tackle some work now. Please remember the quiz thing mentioned last time. Later.

I really hate all nighters sometimes. I am working on a paper on Brian Friel's Translations.
Decided to take a small break as I have reached an impass in my writing. I am unsure where to go
with the paper from the point I have arrived at. But I glanced around in my confusion and noticed that
there are now numbers and suits on Pabst Blue Ribbon bottle caps. I think I am going to research and see
if I can find out why Pabst would do such a thing. Also I am very bored and don't want to think about the paper
right now. Need to burn time until the Cafeteria opens for breakfast so I can go forage for caffeine in the form
of soda or coffee. If anyone know of other neat quizzes for me to take when I get really bored, please let me
know. For the quote today, I am taking song lyrics from a song that has been going through my
brain an awful lot lately.

I hurt myself today
to see if I still feel
I focus on the pain
the only thing that's real

You are Elizabeth Bathory. (The BloodCountess)
Legend tells us that you, this very rich,
beautiful and high born woman tortured and
murdered some 650 young women and bathed in
their warm blood to keep yourself beautiful.
In some stories, it is said you have drank their
blood as well. You were a sexual sadist on a
grand scale.
Ah vanity is your downfall. For shame!
You know the night is bad when kareoke and burning yourself are involved.
